We named this company the way we did because we believe Swiss SMEs are standing at exactly that moment. What was unaffordable three years ago is accessible today. What required an enterprise budget now fits inside a focused, AI-enabled team. That window will not stay open forever.

Why we exist

Vantikai is built from two ideas. Vanti, from vantage, the position that lets you see further and act faster than those around you. Kai, from kairos, the ancient Greek concept of the opportune moment, the rare window where conditions align and everything is possible if you move. We believe that window is open right now. AI has fundamentally rewritten what a small, context-loaded team can build and operate. Processes that required entire departments are within reach of three specialists. Software that once took eighteen months and a six-figure budget can be delivered in weeks. That is not a promise. It is what we do, every day.
Vantikai was built by founders with over twenty years of experience building and scaling companies in the software and outsourcing industries, across Switzerland and internationally. We have seen what works at scale and what breaks under it.

As part of the Trusso, a Swiss business advisory services group, we built a model that brings the same operational capabilities large corporations have relied on for years - custom software, outsourced Finance, Legal, Administration and IT - to businesses that were not able to afford them before the shift of possibilities through AI.

The experience that used to only benefit large corporates is what we can now apply where it matters most: ambitious SMEs.

Christoph brings 20+ years across software services and business operations, building and scaling delivery organisations across 22 countries. He has driven operational excellence programmes and optimised business processes at scale - most recently scaling an 80-person AI engineering unit in under 9 months. He founded Vantikai to apply what he has learned running international businesses to the clients who can benefit from it most.
